Davis Hawley Eyecare is a “brick and mortar” business located at 376 East Penn Drive, Enola, PA, USA.

The only online sales (website sales) that Davis Hawley Eyecare engages in is for eyeglasses.

Our Patient History Questionnaire form (you do not need to complete the questionnaire to view the form) contains our eyeglass return and refund policy (click on link and scroll down to view) within our booklet “Financial and Other Practice Information for Patients”.  Our return and refund policy for routine professional services (non-myopia-management) is in the same booklet.  

For contact lenses (not sold online), the policy is within the Contact Lens Policy on the Patient History Questionnaire (click on link and scroll down to view).
